• Liner condition: Learn approximately how far away you are from needing a liner change.
• Pool structure conditions, such as rusting, how level the pool is, and how long you can expect the pool structure to be safe.
• Observation of the surrounding area, such as potential drainage and runoff issues that could lead to major problems down the road.
• Equipment conditions
• Water chemistry report: Find out how well the water and pool have been taken care of previously
• Any other miscellaneous notes and observations such as beaded vs. overlap liner and the effects that could have on a liner replacement down the road; measurements of the pool size; and much more.
